I just took a DNA test and it turns out I’m a 100% Shih Tzu Mom. I normally wouldn’t say that but I’m 100% that shirt. When I first started, I thought it was just a trend and I expected it to be a trend that I’d wear. I had NO idea it was the truth.

I just took a DNA test to see if my daughter was a dog and she is a Shih Tzu. (As in, a Shih Tzu mixed with a Shih Tzu breeder.) She is quite the whirlwind around her young age. She is so enthusiastic about everything. I felt compelled to keep a close watch on her for the rest of the day and the rest of my life. I’m 100% that she is a Shih Tzu, and when I put her on the test, i can see her teeth, she is a Shih Tzu, and she has all the markings of a Shih Tzu. The test results come back and as I read them, I was so happy they do this. I’m so happy that I am a Shih Tzu mom, and I’m so happy that my daughter is able to have a new toy. She is a wonderful person, and I’m so happy she can have her own game.

I had a DNA test done about a month ago and can honestly say that there was something about the results that really stuck out to me. I’m a 40 year old woman that lives in a rural area of Alabama and I was born in Kentucky. My mom had a Shih Tzu that died when I was 4 years old. My husband and I were told it was inherited from my maternal grandfather. My husband had severe problems with his teeth and we were told he was going to have to have a crown put in his head. I decided that I wanted to do DNA testing to determine what was wrong with him so I could take him to the vet and get him fixed. I used to get nervous going to the vet because it’s a scary experience and I know what they are going to say to me. However, the vet told me that I am a 100% Shih Tzu Mom. I can tell you that the vet didn’t even have time to tell me my true ancestry. He just said that I was going to be fine and if I didn’t have to have a crown put in my head that would be fine as long as I took good care of myself.
